In My Soul was inspired through observing the increase of human addiction to digital social reality, materialism and the madness of consumption, and how this behavior impacts the earth and disconnects us to nature. It is in the realization that no matter the power that endeavors to influence our thinking, that our will is our own, and cannot be bound to anything or bought by anyone without our consent. So in a way, it’s a song about finding true freedom in a restless humanity.
